This V,I.P, token was produced for the Millenium Celebration in year 2000 (issued in '99). Unused, and very shiny silver surface on the rim. Center is gold plated. 39 mm diameter, same size as a casino chip. Edge is plain and not reeded. Weight is 0.65 Troy Ounces. This is the Type I token with gold center, O'Neal catalog 3864. There's also a Type II version with a silver center in case you want to collect both (I don't have a Type II, though). It has no mintmark and Janice doesn't list the maker.
