when I first opened my little store on Las Vegas Boulevard downtown Frank Muscat came to visit me and wish me well he was a very gentle soul and very easy to deal with he served the Chip Community well by Manning has little store and giving everybody good service at a fair and honest price . We're going to miss him and my condolences to his family and loved ones we're losing too many members in our Hobby. ...let's all try to respect and be nice to one another ....you never know how many days you have left......
