I tracked down the daughter of the owner of OTB Publishing. She was a lawyer in Washington State. She remembered her father having them made, but had no idea why or what he used them for. I can't remember if the chip is plastic or glass. I got it at an antiques mall in Boise, Idaho about 6 years ago.
