It looks like Marvel made a/some sets of these:

Someone probably had a set and sold it off in pieces. Did not find anything similar on . Don't be fooled by a number of sellers that made their own Marvel poker chips.

My thought is that it would be more desirable for a Marvel collector than a casino chip collector, but who knows?
