My computer was attacked by a Ransom virus that crypted (I can not open them) ALL my files, documents, pictures, etc. I had Mcafee security thru Verizon but the virus got into my computer anyway. I had the Verizon Cloud backup, but unfortunately the crypted version of my files were backed up and I am not able to access any of my files. I lost everything !!! Verizon is unable to do anything about this massive problem.
Does anyone have any idea as to what I can do to recover my data ??
Verizon said to contact Microsoft - they might be able to help - I am so upset that this happened !!
Any help with this disaster would be appreciated.
