Sold by the end of the month, I will offer those that sent payment one of 2 options.

1) I will refund the money paid
2) they can apply and payment made against a pre purchase of a grab bag (assuming that is the way we go). So if someone sends me a check for $25, they have the option of purchasing one bag for $5 more + actual shipping charges.

Even if the person wants their money back, I will send them a few chips for the trouble.

Hopefully I can sell at least 100 tickets this month and the raffle is back on.
