Hey Doug, why not auction them off?
In Response To: Extra! Important Announcement for the 2017 Raffle ()

I would put the 100 bags in the club auction and give everyone a chance to "buy" a grab bag (this way the club makes more money and people not attending the convention would get a chance to obtain one)!
