On February 22, 2017 Joe Pavlik passed away at the age of 58 from
coronary heart disease.

The family has established a memorial website for Joe.

According to Joe's wishes he has been cremated in Las Vegas and will be
buried at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleum, Alsip, Illinois.

There will be a memorial service in the Chicagoland area in the future.
