Pechanga
Bigger than a Strip Casino. More rooms under construction. I entered the new parking garage to find it was a country mile from the casino. OK, I didn't come in from the main highway as I'd guess 90% of their guests do, but still, why have a parking structure that requires water and a backpack to hike into the casino. Glad I had my scooter!
Lost yet another Pai Gow hand. Story of my life for this trip. Cashier was nice, and I asked if I could buy other chips, $2,$3,$10, whatever. She asked her supervisor, and super said I could get a $2 and a $10 from the poker room upstairs.
Seeing as my scooter doesn't do stairs very well, I went looking for an elevator that I never found. Nor did I run into an employee to ask for directions while making a trip all around all the outer walls of the casino searching for the phantom elevator. I felt like a first day freshman in high school looking for the swimming pool all of the seniors said was up on the roof. Too tired to mess with it any further, I headed out for the hike (drive) back to the truck. Done for the day. Now just 200+ miles of back desert roads to get home.
