Resort fees vary widely from casino to casino
In Response To: Caesars Raising Resort Fees ()

I think I paid 16 to 18 a night in resort fees at The Plaza while The Golden Nugget is roughly 26.00 and yes it adds quite a bit to your stay in addition to the "Bed Tax" I may be wrong but I think the resort fee itself is taxable?. It shows that too many dont gamble and the casinos need this new form of income, now add parking and it is no longer a cheap trip! I have the MGM MasterCard and that gives me free parking a some of the strip casinos but the free play is nice too.It would be better if all the casinos could agree to just add the resort fee to the quoted room rate! I do see that when I make a reservation, that some clearly spell out the RF while some hide it more so. One time I had to actually call the casino to ask what their fee was over the phone as I was narrowing down where to stay. Anyone have a link to a resort fee list? be interesting to see who is the highest!! Either way I still love going and the fees wont deter me.
