Monday will be the 9 year anniversary of the 6.0 magnitude earthquake in Wells, Nevada

Here's photos from Wells in October of 2007...less than five months before the quake...
It was around lunchtime when we were in Wells, and we stopped at a small grocery store/deli to pick up sandwich fixin's. When we walked in, there were about a dozen people sitting in the deli area and ALL eyes were focused on the strangers in their midst (us!). I wouldn't have been surprised if the theme from Deliverance had started playing in the background!
So we pulled to the side of the road to munch sandwiches, and I took some pictures...mostly out of the car window
