Question for Those Who Know about Inlaid Chips

I know absolutely nothing about them, but I picked up this one recently as it is my initials, and I have never seen any JLB chip before.

The seller said it was shipped to the Churchill Drug Co., Cedar Rapids Iowa, in 1920, from the US Playing Card Co., in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I was wondering if they made these JLB chips in any other color? What the initials stood for? Or any other information about this chip.

Thank you..
