My friend Bob had a power outage

I tried to contact Bob by phone, E-mail and Facebook all day with no luck so I went over to his house. I rang the doorbell but it didn’t work so I knocked on his door and he answered right away. I asked what was going on as I couldn’t contact him all day?

Bob said that he had a power outage this morning and the electrician could not come until tomorrow. Bob went on to say that he couldn’t use his PC, Laptop, TV, DVD, iPad and his new surround music system were all shut down. He went to get his mobile phone and the battery was dead. He then said that was raining so he couldn’t even play golf!

Now Bob is an active guy so I could only believe that he must have became desperate. I then said “so what did you do?”

Bob said that after discovering all this “I went into the kitchen to make some coffee and then I remembered that I would need power to make coffee”. I said “Wow, so what did you do?”

Bob said “well I sat down and talked with my wife for a couple hours”. I asked “how did that go?”

Bob then said:

“She seems like a really nice person”
