Those chips are from the Parkwest Cordova ...Rancho Cordova. John Park bought up 5 Northern California Cardrooms.
As far as I know....only 1 of those card rooms has new chips Cordova (pretty much Sacramento)
Like Freedner said....maybe they are just trying out the chips in one of their card rooms to see if they like them before they order for the rest.
