Du-par's still has several successful locations around Los Angeles, including the original at the LA Farmer's Market ("Since 1938"). I didn't think it was a particularly good fit for downtown LV.

Maybe Golden Gate will go back to a simpler deli & shrimp cocktail format, though the north end of Fremont Street (Las Vegas Club, etc.) needs redevelopment first.
