I'm not sure if you are trolling, or for real, but if you are holding an ethical standard to this hobby, then many of us would need to re-evaluate what we collect.

We're not collecting Beanie Babies here. We are dealing with gambling collectibles. Do you know how much blood and vice is behind these chips? There are very few degrees of separation from any Nevada chip to a murder. And for my specialty, illegals, forget-about-it! The history behind the objects we collect is rich, and a lot of it isn't pretty, but it sure is interesting. Believe me, I do ALOT of research into it.

This is an ADULT hobby. We are old enough to know right and wrong and I don't think a guest speaker is going to corrupt our membership.
