I can't locate a previous thread that suggested it was a "numbers game" of some type and mentioned a collector who had some... I remember also seeing a picture at ChipGuide with numbered cards on tables. It was an illegal club, but can't remember where... This card is from Southern Club in LA. Thanks, again.
