These three chips show the burgee from a ship in the New York Yacht Club and two from a ship at the Detroit Yacht Club. These chips can be seen in The Chip Guide.
The blue chip with the double-tail burgee having the letter H was used Husser II owned by financier Edward F. Hutton.

The blue and yellow chips with the swallowtail burgee having the letter F was used on the Laura M. III owned by William Fisher (probably William Andrew), one of the Fisher brothers who owned the famous Fisher Body Co. of Detroit.
