The dealer simply called "Cash on..." or "Cash in play."

I was turned down only once when I walked up to a table and had a 0/2 feeling and put a $100 bill down and called "split the 0/2 please" and she said "next spin" while the ball was still in her hand... I would have lost if she took it.
