Therefore, their intrinsic value should be at least 50% of face, right? Theoretically you could go to roulette, put half on red, half on black (and a $5 chip on 0/00) and be guaranteed half face value.

So what is the value to a collector?

And I've been out of the "live chips" game for awhile, but aren't "No Cash Value" usually just tournament chips? I was surprised when he said these were good for a bet chips.
