Regarding the real truth.....The FHA change Trump undid:

1) Was implemented two days before by Obama to make himself look good and was not a fiscally responsible move.

2) It did not affect anyone who has a mortgage now.

3) FHA loans are not just for low and middle class. Unless you consider a home loan of $625,000 low and middle class.

4) I have done FHA loans for borrowers with incomes over $500,000, not what I consider middle class.

Like you said we need to know the "real truth". Not just repeating what some uninformed news source reports. I been in the mortgage business for 42 years, I know the truth.
