While I cannot comment on this specific incident (although I do notice on Tim's latest auctions that he asks Canadian buyers to contact him in advance), I have bought several chips from Tim and I am sure Tim has bought some from me in the past. I have never had any issues with Tim and indeed for an international seller his shipping is very cheap and quick, so my experience has only been very good.
