Please make use U are calling the South Point Hotel directly and not some booking agency when U make your hotel reservations.
I learned that the hard way once. I was asked to make 100% rooms payment in advance!!!
When I checked in to the hotel front desk, I was nicely told that I booked thru a non hotel res agent.
