OK..$500 to customize an existing one..that sounds right.

Obviously someone with the skills needed would have to donate a lot of time to program it.

Some of the convention apps I have seen/used are very good with tons of features..of course the companies that made them for their conventions spent a lot of money..the organizations sure as hell weren't "non-profit"..
