I appreciate your post. I may be snide at times with my comments, it is a way of being indirectly critical. I don't think I have ever been unfair here. This tone comes out of frustration and I don't want to be a problem maker for the club or the BOD, I want to be a problem solver. I'm sure the current BOD thinks I'm a pain in the ASSociation. Thats fine, I'm not here for friends, I'm here to enjoy our great hobby, the friends are a bonus. Organizational planning based on friendships is not good planning.
