Practical training to help your organization succeed… Who…?

My 501c3 locustprojects.org has been working with Devos for years now, I should add with amazing results. We have grown our Board and Budget every year since being founded in 1998. We raise and spend our full budget each year and have 35 members on the BOD now. Our Board Member dues is $1500 yearly. We have grown from having 3 volunteer Founders to hiring a Full-Time Executive Director who now oversees 5 full time staff members. It has been a journey ;)

I have recommended Devos to the Club BOD before… I'm still recommending… The catch here for our Chip Club/Association is that the BOD will really have to want to do what is best for the club. Devos works with the BOD to develop an organizational strategic plane and then helps us implement it. Most of it is pretty simple stuff, you just have to follow directions.

"What do we have to loose?" I welcome a mentor who knows more than we do when it comes to structuring our own organization.
