married for 57 years and will be 80 this year, and feel great after a huge weight loss over last 5 years. (slowly no diet, just 4 small meals a day and limit calories & Carbs.) Changing eating habits is the answer for me, lost 20 lbs. a year in 5 years, and not gained more than 1-2 lbs. for last 2 years, I also walk a lot. ( my dog loves that part)
