There are a couple of casinos in upper peninsula of Michigan that have chips in US funds as well as Canadian funds. When I was at one years ago you could only buy Canadian denominated chips with Canadian funds. I actually had to leave the casino and go to a currency exchange in town to get the Canadian dollars so I could buy a few chips for my collection.
