Thanks for the link. It does appear to provide retail prices though, not the commercial prices we get from PayPal or eBay. Maybe we will have to wait until the effective date to see those?

The retail Parcel 1st class rate seems to jump from $2.62 to $2.67 but that's for 4 ounces minimum. Added ounces are $0.18.
