We have attended the banquet every year that we've gone to the convention. I enjoy all of it. Our first time was a little weird but
we were able to sit at what they called the "Florida Table", so I did recognize a couple familiar faces. I guess the first banquet is always the hardest to attend. I can't imagine going to the banquet not knowing anyone especially being without a date.

Anyway… The reason I bring this subject up is to ask a question to the group here. Do you think it would be worth it for the club to sponsor "first
time" convention attendees who are members of the club. It would be a one time offer. I'd bet you would get paid returns the next year round.

How many people would qualify… maybe just a hand full. This may be a good investment.
