This is Club Copa on Hwy 91 (the Strip) - not to be confused with Copa Lounge (another year, another location), or the Copa room at the Sands. It had been Club Bon Aire, and would later be Louigi's Broiler. The photo comes from a 1949 magazine, an advertisement listing it as Al Mengarell’s casino. I haven't heard anything else of the place. Anyone know if there was indeed a casino open here? Chips, matches, etc?
