In an effort to present my position in an organized and comprehensible manor, I will be posting my position on the issuues that I believe are relevant to our club. There will be a total of 10 submissions to be posted on both websites. Before I do so I would like to tell you something about myself.

In my personal life as well as my business endeavors I have believed in certain tenets which have made me very successful. I would like to share them with you. They are:

1) Alway's do what you say you are going to do.

2) Listen to all sides of an issue before making a decision.

3. Seek the wisdom and opinion of the people who preceeded you.

4. Be fair, thoughtful, and approachable when dealing with others

5. Stay neutral and avoid conflicts of interest.

6. Be honest and sincere.

7. Look for the good in people. ( With some people you have to look a little harder but still keep looking.)

8. Be respectful and humble

9. Acknowledge complaints and address them. ( A complaint is an opportunity to correct a problem. How can you fix a problem if you don't know you have one.)

10. Have fun at what you do and it will never seem like work.

I have had a substantial amount of e-mails in recent days and will address all of the comments made to me through those e-mails. I also invite anyone's questions and comments to post here or on the club website for all to see.
