Well, several areas of the city and neighboring Sparks are. At least 30 roads are closed, most schools and many state offices are closed Monday ... it's a mess out there. They're saying this is the worst snow/rain combination to hit this area since 1997.

The Truckee River downtown reached flood stage within the last hour. The Cal-Neva is the closest casino to the river, only a block or so away. That orange and brown building in the distance in this picture is the Sands Regency.
