I wish to make a statement concerning this election, as I'm sure things are going to heat up if other members wish to run. My position now and later is that I will not solicit any endorsements. I will welcome them. I believe requests for endorsements will do more harm than good as they will polarize our membership. I would never put a friend or fellow member on the spot of having to choose. We all share a common thread in the club. Some are here to socialize, some are here to participate in a great hobby, some are here to make money, whatever the reason is we are here together. So whether I run unopposed or against someone else, I would like to see the unsolicted vision of where the membership stands. I would like to see the members themselves choose on their own. If they truly have an interest in the election, then I invite them to ask me any questions they want to get to know me and see where I stand on their issues. I'm not naive to the fact there are politics in the club already. I wish to unify and include all of our members.
