Scott why would the city make it impossible for him to re open it then? Now Im guessing they want him to give it away for nothing to help the city...? The Politicians are killing the city so for their sake I hope the state takes over and kicks them all out. I thin k the city change some law so he cant re open as a casino for 5 years now??? something like that right? If they dont want an eye sore maybe they should help him re open it. That would mean putting more money in it to fix it up and 3000+ more jobs come back... They are doing the same thing to the Revel guy. He was ready to open last summer but the city made him jump through so many hoops to show their power... Guess what. These billionaires should paid those buildings the ugliest color they can and light them on fire... They will see an eye sore then.
