I will agree with the opening part of the story...

Republican Don Guardian said Wednesday that allowing the casino to stay vacant is "the worst of the worst" in terms of outcomes for the property,"

The vacant casino properties are a big eye sore when you come into the AC Boardwalk area and even worse when you walk the boarkwalk.
They need to do something with the Taj, Trump Plaza and Atlantic Club Hotel.
