I am of the impression you mean you have the airtite open, but that you have (essentially) a 40mm chip in a 39mm capsule. You might try the blunt end of a flat toothpick or some other substitute pry bar that will not damage the chip. I wonder if putting them in the freezer might cause a bit of contraction that would allow the chip to slip out. Before trying anything, though, let's hear from everyone else.
