vintage Agua Caliente Jockey Club, Tijuan () Tijuana was a stones throw from the US border and a short auto drive to San Diego, California. The Hollywood crowd had money and could easily fly or drive there. The resort had so many attractions one could not find in the U.S. And it was a great place in its own right.
