It's been a year and half since I first posed this question so I thought I'd throw it out there again.

Has anyone ever seen a scan of a Bucket of Blood $5 chip in table-used condition?

If so, I'd love to see that scan.
Are all the B.O.B. chips out there from a box of new chips? Were any ever used on table games?
