You can combine chip colors from the two lots if you prefer to. If you only need one color to fill a space, that's fine but you have a choice of 10 colors of Arrowheads.

I don't know the purpose of the "F" overstamps on the light blue chip but probably an unlicensed club saving money by using stock designs and wanted them unique. If you know what F means, you might post explanation here.
