Good Evening Chippers!
Finally getting to sorting out chips and Pictures and Stories from my Colorado Trip. In no particular order I start herewith with Z Casino
I was in Black Hawk on a Monday Night, so of course the tables at several casinos were not open, Z Casino being one of those. (Tables also closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, I think.) I went to the Customer Service counter or whatever they call it, and picked up my Players Card. Spoke to the Lady for a bit, finding out that she didn't have any chips in her drawer, but if I'd come back a half hour or so later, her co-worker did have access to chips. OK, I scoot over to a couple of the other casinos and come back. Oops, should have stayed away... The second Lady had the chips alright. I ended up with $68 worth of them:
The interesting thing here, is that besides my stupid obsession with buying more chips than I can afford, is the $25 2nd Anniversary chip.
Info stolen directly from MOGH Chipguide:
Now, I don't doubt at all the info on the guide. What I wonder is did this lady just not know not to give out this chip? Have they changed their minds about releasing them? Did someone turn it in and it just hadn't made it's way back to the vault? I've no clue. I'm just a tourist there. I'll leave it up to the Colorado Folks to find an answer to explain my purchase. At least I don't feel too bad about spending so much money there if I now have a 1 of 21(?) chips out in the wild. (Any excuse in a storm...)
