I bought a refurbished Epson Pefection V33, direct from Epson. Here's the link... https://epson.com/search/?text=refurbished+perfection+scanners

It says the V33 is out of stock but here's another that is relatively cheap... https://epson.com/Clearance-Center/Scanners/Epson-Perfection-V39-Scanner---Refurbished/p/B11B232201-N

These are factory refurbished and I'm quite happy with mine. It scans pink and orange with no problem.
