Thanks, but don't copy. Use the Post Office's Notice 123 for all rates. ("Retail" rates are for when you pay the clerk at the P.O. or you put regular postage stamps on the mailpiece; ... And "Commercial" rates are the discounted rates when you print your postage labels on you home computer & printer.)
