The French chip collector who lives the next town over
from Monte Carlo in Monaco sent 2 items with the chips.

He said when they stopped using them in 1979, the casino was
selling some of the Deco chips, and put a certificate with the
groups of them packaged up to sell. He bought some to use to
trade even though he already had his own collection of them he
took over time from the casino thru the mid to late 60's. He is
now selling off parts of his collection he has had for over 40 years.

He also sent me a Chipco sheet of paper with the chips, and only
repeated what the paper said.

Does that Chipco paper info belong with these chips?
