The first 2 pages are from the Castillo, beautiful set............... Punta del Este, Uruguay.
Not sure about page 3/4, although the lower one in that page is also from Uruguay./

The rest are all from Uruguay. Most from Montevideo, many from Punta del Este
Not sure about price but practically most of the ones after page 3/4 are relatively cheap, sold for $2-$6 about 2 years ago, but you can check eBay under Uruguay. I purchased a large number of these because they were selling them as being from Cuba and needed "samples" of "fake Cubans" but were cheap & pretty and continued to buy.
