Got my room several weeks back, the reservations lady knew of the chip show. Yes, rates are high for Super Bowl weekend all over town. Charlie is just fine with me, but think I'm in the Meadows Tower - well, won't know for sure til I get there. Meadows is okay unless you draw a room with a wheelchair-bound guest on the floor above you who rolls around all night long.

Over Thanksgiving weekend, Charlie's was full of Samoans who apparently were on hand to dedicate the little church on Decatur next door. So I suggest you book your room soon, as the hotel does fill up quickly. The reservations desk often charges the first night only as a deposit, pay in full when you arrive. Wear a tutu at your own risk.
