I visited both while in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving weekend. And neither Cannery had anything new. I don't know what triggers a release date for casinos when they have new items in stock, but in the case of the Aliante, all the chips were removed and replaced with the Boyd issues. Perhaps that involves a lot of work, maybe closing the tables for a few hours one night?
