Terribly sorry for your loss. Hope you had insurance coverage. In 2012 I had two boxes (coin boxes) stolen from a UPS shipment--had to be a South Point employee. At first my then insurance company claims agent declined payment; it took me three months and the threat of a law suit to collect the full amount of my loss. The next year the insurance company increased my premium to almost the full amount of my claim...needless to say I got a new insurance company.
