If that building beside the freeway exit is a derelict MOBIL service station, it's Yates Well Road ("Cal Neva" California on some maps) and yes, that might be the Primm Golf Course with Ivanhah Dry Lake beside it. 18 Holes and all the Desert Tortoises you can hit.
