I have found three that are located off the Strip that offer tremendous value / minimal fees for their hotels, restaurants, and gaming.

I have experienced excellent customer service at all 3. All three have poker rooms, as well.

IMO, the top 3 for the most "bang for the buck"..

2. The Orleans
3. South Point
